We are seeking an experienced and proactive HSE Advisor who is passionate about workplace safety, continuous improvement, and fostering a safe working environment for all employees. About the Role As the HSE Advisor, you will support and enhance all Health, Safety, and Environmental practices across the business. You will work closely with production teams, management, and site personnel to ensure compliance, improve systems, and promote a safety-first mindset. You will be part of an established and well-respected industry leader as they continue to grow. Key Responsibilities Lead and support all HSE initiatives across the manufacturing facility. Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety audits. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, standards, and company policies. Deliver toolbox talks, inductions, and staff training. Assist in maintaining and improving HSE management systems. Provide coaching and guidance to operational teams on safe work practices. Drive continuous improvement and contribute to a positive safety culture. About You Previous experience in an HSE Advisor or similar role, ideally within manufacturing, heavy industry, or related environments. Strong understanding of WA safety legislation and standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage teams. Certificate IV in WHS (minimum); diploma qualifications highly regarded.
