Key Responsibilities: Assist Property Managers in the day-to-day management of a varied commercial portfolio. Provide administrative and operational support, ensuring smooth management of commercial, industrial, and retail assets. Help manage tenant relations, including handling inquiries and ensuring tenant satisfaction. Support lease management, renewals, and rent collections. Use Cirrus8 software to monitor and update property details, maintenance requests, and financial tracking. CRITERIA Approximately 1-2 years of experience in commercial property management. Proficiency in Cirrus8 or Re-Leased software (or willingness to learn). Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A proactive attitude and keen attention to detail.
