The Role We are seeking an organised and proactive Sales Coordinator to work closely with our clients Sales Team and play a key role in delivering a smooth, professional experience for their customers from enquiry through to handover. Key Responsibilities Prepare, process, and maintain customer handover files, specifications, quotations, appraisals, and licensing documentation Assist in the preparation of documentation for local government tenders Maintain accurate client and sales records within the CRM system Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of equipment Liaise with the Marketing Coordinator to support sales and promotional activities Monitor the sales pipeline and provide regular reporting to the Sales Manager About You Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-focused approach Minimum 2 years' experience in sales support or a similar administrative role Previous experience in the heavy transport, automotive, or equipment industry (highly regarded) Proficient in CRM systems (Monday.com preferred) and Microsoft Office Highly organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment A good understanding of sales processes and the ability to be proactive and solution driven Why Join?
