We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Support Worker to support clients living around areas of Wyong . This role is ideal for someone experienced in personal and in-home care who is open to commencing in early 2026. Service Requirements are as follows, but not limited to: Wound care Personal care Domestic assistance Meal preparation Medication support and prompting Prompt client to take medication Notify via progress notes if medication is running low so the Care Manager can coordinate refills Transportation to appointments and errands What We’re Looking For: Experience in personal care and medication support Strong communication and documentation skills Compassionate, reliable, and client-focused approach Valid driver’s licence (essential) Relevant Certificate in Aged Care and Disability sector Key Requirements: NDIS Worker Check First Aid and CPR Certificate Valid Police Clearance Valid Australian Working Rights 100 points of ID Reference Checks How to Apply: Click APPLY to submit your interest.
