About the Role TRS Resourcing is seeking Experienced Heavy Equipment Technicians for field-based maintenance and repair work across Melbourne. You'll be responsible for delivering safe, efficient servicing and repairs across a fleet of material handling / heavy equipment, contributing to strong customer outcomes and high standards of quality. Key Duties & Responsibilities Deliver a professional level of customer service at all times Complete and maintain accurate work orders and timesheets Diagnose faults and complete repairs promptly Carry out routine servicing and preventative maintenance Complete major rebuilds and repairs as required Work autonomously in a time-critical environment while maintaining safety standards Skills, Tickets & Experience Relevant trade qualification (Heavy Vehicle / Heavy Equipment / Mechanical) Current Australian Driver's Licence Proven experience in mechanical, electrical and hydraulic servicing/repairs Strong diagnostic and fault-finding capability Good time management and ability to work unsupervised Solid understanding of industry safety protocols Forklift operation experience Container handling equipment experience (desirable) What's on Offer Fully maintained vehicle and mobile phone RDOs available (option to cash out) Ongoing stable work with training and development support Discounts and employee benefit programs across health, travel, electronics and more Supportive team environment with career progression opportunities, including potential national relocation Why Join TRS Resourcing?
