FourQuarters is partnering with a well-established Perth-based organisation to appoint an experienced Corporate Accountant into their finance team. This is a hands-on role suited to a CA/CPA qualified accountant who enjoys ownership, strong reporting processes and working closely with the wider business. The Role Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll be responsible for end-to-end financial reporting and compliance, while also contributing to continuous improvement across finance processes and systems. You'll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial information and ensuring reporting deadlines are met. Key duties will include: Monthly, quarterly and year-end financial reporting including statutory reporting Delivering actionable financial insights via budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Supporting internal and external audits Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, controls and reporting quality Assisting with system enhancements, upgrades and improvements within the finance function Maintaining financial controls and governance Providing clear financial insights to internal stakeholders About You You'll be CA or CPA qualified with solid experience in a corporate accounting environment. You're technically strong, systems-savvy, and comfortable working autonomously while partnering with the broader business. You will bring: CA or CPA qualification (essential) Strong technical accounting and financial reporting experience Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, or similar) Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and data analysis Experience supporting system or process improvement initiatives The ability to manage deadlines, prioritise workloads and maintain attention to detail The Opportunity Permanent opportunity $110k - $120k plus super Flexible working arrangements Perth CBD location
