Food Production Operators - Day Shift (x5 Roles) Location: Adelaide (Northern Suburbs) Employment Type: Full-time, Day Shift Salary: $60,320 per annum super (based on $29/hr, 38-40 hrs/week equivalent) We are seeking 5 reliable Production Operators to join a well-established food manufacturing operation in Adelaide. These are day-shift roles , offering stable, long-term employment in a clean, structured production environment. This opportunity would suit candidates with experience in food manufacturing or production, however full training will be provided for the right people . Key Responsibilities Operate food processing and packaging equipment in a safe and efficient manner Follow production procedures, batch instructions, and quality standards Complete basic production and quality documentation accurately Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety (GMP/HACCP) Assist with line changeovers, materials supply, and general production support Work collaboratively within a team-based production environment What We're Looking For Previous experience in food manufacturing, production, or a similar environment (preferred but not essential) Strong work ethic and willingness to learn multiple production tasks Good attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work in a cold production environment (approx. 12-16°C) Physically capable of manual handling (up to 12kg) Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused What's On Offer $29 per hour | $60,320 per annum super Day shift only - no night work On-the-job training and upskilling provided Secure, ongoing roles with a respected food manufacturer Supportive team culture with clear procedures and expectations Eligibility Full working rights in Australia required If you're looking for a stable production role with training, structure, and long-term opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
