Company : Hastings Deering (Australia) Ltd About the Role Sime have an exciting opportunity to join our Avanti Project as a Global Process Owner. This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role and can be based in either our South Brisbane, Singapore, Christchurch or Malaysia branches. This role is only open to current employees of the Sime Group. In this role, you will: Own and manage the end-to-end operation and performance of integrated processes. Review, prioritise, and approve initiatives and change requests impacting processes. Act as the escalation point for risks, issues, and disputes. Provide guidance to BPM Capability and design teams on new content and process improvements. Establish and monitor process performance metrics, driving a process-centric culture. Align future process direction with organisational strategy and business priorities. Maintain and distribute risk registers and issue logs. Continuously build technical and process capability through training and development About You A successful teammate will have experience in: Proven experience in process ownership, product management, or BPM leadership. Strong understanding of process design, governance, and performance measurement. Ability to influence and drive cultural change towards process standardisation. Excellent stakeholder engagement and decision-making skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Experience managing risks, issues, and cross-functional alignment. Relevant tertiary qualifications and commitment to ongoing professional development.
