About The Team When you join the Corporate Finance team, you’ll be joining the cornerstone of our operations, providing crucial guidance and governance to support ARTC's strategic objectives. The team is actively engaged in internal planning to enhance our strategic planning, risk management, and decision-making processes. About The Opportunity This role is pivotal in supporting ARTC's long term commercial decision making processes, facilitating corporate reporting that support insightful long-term plans and thinking. Reporting to the Manager, Corporate reporting & Analysis you will be tasked with drafting high-quality presentations for the Board as well as commercial and financial modelling which will support investments and project decision making. Specific Responsibilities Include Support and participate in projects and initiatives that are related to financial management and performance reporting including KPI's and benchmarking activities. In conjunction with the Manager, Corporate Reporting & Analysis, drive a focus on Commercial Decision Support and Investment Evaluation across ARTC including: Co-ordinating Financial Due Diligence in respect of major investments including input from accounting, taxation and treasury teams. Modelling the treasury, funding and valuation implications of major investments. Further the Development of Investment Evaluation frameworks in ARTC. Partnering with operational teams to understand assessment and value of risk in transaction cash flows. Facilitate evidence-based decision making in setting performance targets and in managing ongoing reporting while ensuring consistency in data across various reporting frameworks including corporate plan, balanced scorecard and in Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) Reporting. Support the continuous improvement on reporting, ensuring value add and linkages to performance monitoring and broader strategic intent. What do we want from you? The Corporate Finance team support every aspect of ARTC's diverse and complex operating environment, as such, we expect all our team members have an enquiring mind and strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. High level commercial, modelling, analytical and reporting skills are a prerequisite and must be demonstrated in your career history. Advanced Excel skills are required and are complimented by your compelling written reporting capability. Appropriate tertiary qualifications will ideally be supported by CPA/CA qualifications or their near completion. What will you get from us?
