We have multiple temporary vacancies available for Principal Engineers with experience in the following. Major Project: Supporting major project delivery from planning and design through to construction. Including Coomera Connect Stage 1 and 2 and Exit 45 Delivery: Supporting three primary areas including Pre-Construction, Construction and Preservation & Maintenance. Technical Services: Supporting technical design review activities and asset management engineering. Skills / Knowledge / Abilities required may vary depending on the business area: Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent Civil Engineering qualification which is accepted by Engineers Australia. Registration as a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) Extensive experience in applying program/project management principals to lead the delivery of high value infrastructure projects. Extensive technical expertise and ability to administer contracts to support the design, construction and maintenance processes. Experience in providing reports on the progress of works including actual and forecast of expenditure. Ability to manage the development of project plans and design budget in the project development phase. Demonstrated ability to provide technical advice and solutions with respect to traffic and transport planning. Demonstrated ability to provide traffic engineering advice. Strong leadership skills and ability to work through priorities and deliver outcomes. Ability to manage expectations and issues of internal/external stakeholders.
