Social Media Manager We're looking for talented Social Media Managers across Australia who can confidently steer the day-to-day organic presence of dynamic brands. You'll oversee activity across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and X planning content, engaging with audiences, shaping conversations, and keeping performance on track. From crafting captions to monitoring communities and supporting content creation, youll be across every touchpoint. What you'll be doing Develop and manage monthly organic social calendars using campaign direction and strategic insights. Create platform-appropriate copy, hashtags and posting plans, then schedule across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and X. Handle daily community interactions responding to comments, messages and conversations in a timely, on-brand manner. Keep a close eye on audience sentiment, highlight any potential issues, and support escalation or crisis workflows when required. Assist with competitions, giveaways and social activations, including briefing designers and coordinating required assets. Lead monthly organic performance reports for all channels. Present insights, highlight opportunities, and recommend next steps to improve engagement and reach. Monitor day-to-day metrics, identify risks early, and suggest optimisation ideas. About you Minimum 2 years managing organic social channels for multi-platform brands. Excellent copywriting ability for TikTok, Instagram and X Confident interpreting data and using basic analytics tools or dashboards.
