Area Sales Manager to join our sales team in Queensland, and we are looking to speak to candidates based close to Brisbane. The successful candidate will also have Western Australia as a primary responsibility and must be willing to travel. This is a great opportunity for someone with B2B sales experience who will manage our customer accounts in these?regions. Ideally you will have field sales experience within distribution and/or manufacturing industries in the technology space, however we are keen to speak to candidates from similar industries. As an Area Sales Manager, you will work closely with the wider Sales team to drive revenue growth across a portfolio of accounts while actively acquiring new customers for the ADI portfolio. You will collaborate with key suppliers to maximise sales opportunities, increase share of wallet, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience for every client you support. JOB DUTIES: ? Proactively identify and acquire new customers through research, outreach and market insight, continually expanding the customer base and driving new business opportunities. Assess market potential, monitor competitors, and share insights on opportunities and threats to inform sales strategy. Analyse sales performance, identify key trends, and execute plans to achieve turnover, margin and KPI targets. Plan and manage customer appointments, owning the relationship end-to-end to grow revenue, margin and long-term loyalty. Use Salesforce daily to maintain accurate customer data, manage pipelines and record all activities, opportunities and communications for effective planning and reporting. Identify and develop new prospects, generate interest in the product portfolio and increase category penetration within existing accounts. Communicate and collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders to support customer outcomes. Apply strong sales skills, including qualification, handling objections and closing, to secure new and incremental business. Promote and sell an evolving and expanding portfolio of products, aligning solutions to customer needs. Maintain effective internal communication on customers, products and services to maximise sales growth opportunities. Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction by building and maintaining strong relationships and coordinating after-sales support with internal resources. Remain professional and focused during conflict, resolving issues to protect and enhance customer relationships. Effectively multi-task and self-manage day-to-day scheduling and priorities. YOU MUST HAVE: Experience within a field sales role or have equivalent experience Experience in B2B sales environment Excellent communication and people skills Good planning and organisational skills Driving license?
