Nexus Early Learning, located in Heidelberg West VIC 3081, is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Early Childhood (Pre-primary School) Teacher to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Planning, delivering and evaluating developmentally appropriate educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework. Supporting the social, emotional, physical and cognitive development of children in a pre-primary setting. Creating a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment that supports individual learning needs. Observing, assessing and documenting children’s learning and development outcomes. Collaborating with colleagues, families and relevant professionals to support children’s wellbeing and learning. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with education regulations, policies and quality standards. Promoting positive behaviour guidance and respectful relationships with children. About you: Minimum of one year of relevant work experience in an early childhood or pre-primary education setting. Sound knowledge of child development principles and early learning frameworks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to plan and implement engaging educational programs. Commitment to child safety, wellbeing and professional ethics. Capacity to work collaboratively within a team environment. Job Type: Permanent/Full-time Salary: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per annum
