builders and developers on a wide variety of projects, including high -rise
surrounds, townhouse communities, schools, industrial estates, aged -care
facilities and government infrastructure.

With multiple projects underway, they are seeking a
hands -on, reliable operator to step into a key role within the team.

What’s on Offer<\/b>
<\/p>
$45 - $60 per hour depending on experience.
<\/span><\/li>Steady 40 - 45 hours per week.
<\/span><\/li>Overtime available.
<\/span><\/li>Supportive owner with weekly site visits and daily
communication.

<\/span><\/li><\/ul>About the Role<\/b>
<\/p>
This is a hands -on role ideal for someone who has completed
their landscaping trade and is ready to step up into a leadership role while
still working on the tools.
<\/p>
You will<\/b>:
<\/p>
Lead day -to -day operations on commercial job sites
<\/span><\/li>Work with a small crew (typically you + 1 labourer +
machinery)
<\/span><\/li>Operate small machinery (posi, excavator etc.)
<\/span><\/li>Carry out drainage works, irrigation basics and soiling up
<\/span><\/li>Set out plants and read landscape plans
<\/span><\/li>Liaise with builders/site managers
<\/span><\/li>Coordinate materials, deliveries and forward -planning
<\/span><\/li>Maintain site quality, safety and presentation
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>This is not a desk or site -shed role - it’s an active,
outdoors position leading by example.

Typical work includes:

High -rise and townhouse developments.
<\/span><\/li>New school builds and extensions.
<\/span><\/li>Department of Housing projects.
<\/span><\/li>Police stations and public infrastructure.
<\/span><\/li>Commercial and industrial sites.
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>Work is Brisbane -based, with only minimal Gold Coast travel.

Requirements<\/h3>
About You<\/b>
<\/p>
We’re looking for someone who is:
<\/p>
Trade -qualified landscaper (or similar).
<\/span><\/li>Strong work ethic, reliable, trustworthy.
<\/span><\/li>Physically fit and enjoys hands -on work.
<\/span><\/li>Competent with machinery and general landscape construction.
<\/span><\/li>Confident reading plans and setting out works.
<\/span><\/li>Comfortable dealing with builders and subbies.<\/span>
<\/li>Keen for long -term growth and progression.
<\/li>Plant knowledge (incl. botanical names) is highly regarded.
