The key duties of the position include About the Role As the Senior Contracts Compliance Officer, you will play a central role in overseeing the effective management, monitoring and administration of land use agreements across Aboriginal land and sea country within the NLC regions. Reporting to the Manager - Permits, Agreements & Compliance Team (PACT), you will ensure contracting parties meet their non-financial obligations. Your day-to-day work will include managing agreement performance, conducting regular compliance reviews, preparing reports for senior leadership, refining contract management systems and procedures, and liaising closely with Traditional Owners, stakeholders and contracting parties. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of contract management plans, support the Permit Administration System, and escalate significant compliance issues to the Legal Team when required.
