Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including rent collection, arrears, and lease compliance. Conduct property inspections for safety, security, and presentation. Prepare monthly client reports and attend regular client meetings. Oversee risk management and compliance, ensuring statutory requirements are met. Manage budgets, financial reporting, and outgoings reconciliation.
