Key Responsibilities You’re the performance mastermind who blends the best of both worlds: big-picture digital strategy hands-on activation finesse. You’ll run, refine, report on, and revolutionise campaigns across platforms . Develop, manage, and optimise performance media campaigns across SEM, paid social (Meta and other platforms), affiliate marketing, and marketplace media . Translate client objectives into actionable media strategies and executional plans. Monitor and analyse campaign performance data to deliver insights, recommendations, and continuous improvement. Manage media budgets effectively to maximise ROI and achieve performance KPIs. Work cross-functionally with the media and analytics teams to ensure campaign alignment and integration. Maintaining strong relationships with platform partners . Y es, you’ll get early access to shiny new features. Support the Digital Director in developing performance frameworks, tools, and best practices across the agency. Ability to develop and maintain performance media dashboards and reporting based on client needs and requirements. Skills & Experience You don’t need to tick every single box . W e value curiosity, adaptability, and a love for learning. But here’s what will help you thrive: 3–5 years’ experience in digital performance marketing within an agency or client-side environment. Proven hands-on experience managing campaigns across: SEM (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising) Paid social (Meta Ads Manager essential; TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) Affiliate marketing networks Marketplace media (Amazon Ads or similar platforms) A data-driven brain . T he kind that loves KPIs, ROAS, CPA improvements, and a systemised approach to optimisation. Proficiency in campaign management and analytics tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, DV360). Excellent analytical and reporting skills with a data-driven mindset. Confident communicator with the ability to present insights and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
