With a booming, culturally rich and diverse community, and less than an hourâs drive from the CBD (still within the bounds of Myki and ride-sharing), Melbourneâs North is fast   Northern Health are seeking applications from motivated and suitably experienced Administrative Clerks to join the Department of Respiratory and Sleep Medicine.   Northern Health is the major provider of acute, maternity, sub-acute, mental health, specialist, community and home-based services in Melbourneâs rapidly growing outer north.   Services are provided through our six main campuses:  Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn and Mernda Community Hospitals Centres and Kilmore District Hospital.   In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park, Mernda and Coburg.  About the Role: Northern Health is thrilled to announce the launch of our innovative Sleep Medicine Service!  This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic administrative clerks to join our team and assist in the development of administrative processes of this new service.  O ur mission is to provide integrated, digitally enabled care that focuses on delivering outcomes that truly matter to our patients and community.  Our team are collaborative, passionate and relentlessly committed to continuous improvement.  We truly believe in living Northern Healthâs values of Safe, Kind and Together.  Key Responsibilities include: Assist in the administrative operations of the Department of Respiratory and Sleep Medicine. Support the respiratory function laboratory, sleep laboratory, CPAP program and outpatient clinics and general department with reception and administrative support.  Booking and coordinating respiratory function testing, in-laboratory and ambulatory sleep studies in both inpatient and outpatient settings and outpatient clinics (including subspecialty consultation and CPAP clinic) appointments in a timely and efficient manner.  There are multiple positions available, both full time and part time roles applicants are welcome to apply.  To be successful in this role you will have:  Demonstrated desire to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, prioritising work to meet deadlines Demonstrated initiative and enthusiasm, approachable, flexible nature Commitment to continuous improvement and open to change Strong problem-solving skills Well-developed customer service and conflict resolution skills  Next Steps . . .
