I'm looking for an experienced Test Analyst to support the testing of multiple complex, integrated applications that are vital for the organisation's core functions. What You'll Be Testing You will be focused on delivering high-quality testing across three core project streams including: Multiple integrated applications, primarily built on .NET, supporting core processes like staffing, event management, and results management. A range of applications built on various technology stacks (e.g., .NET, Power Platform), that caters for supporting core public processes. The agency's corporate website, built on the Kentico Platform, providing critical public content and featuring multiple integrations to internal and external systems. Your Key Responsibilities As a Test Analyst, you will be responsible for designing test cases and executing System Test, System Integration Test, and Compatibility Test for enterprise systems. Your role includes: Analyse business and technical requirements to create quality test cases and prepare necessary test data across interfacing systems. Execute and document test outcomes for System Test, System Integration Test, and Compatibility Test. Analyse test results, raise quality defects, and participate in defect triages. Manage parallel test activities for multiple applications, collaborating closely with stakeholders and technical teams. Provide test status updates, articulate key issues and risks, and assist the Test Lead with preparing Test Plans, schedules, and estimates. Provide support for User Acceptance (UAT) and Non-Functional testing activities. What You'll Bring Minimum 5 years of experience in a Test Analyst role, including experience working on projects using Agile or Hybrid methodologies. Strong experience in writing high-quality test cases using advanced testing techniques and demonstrated proficiency in System Integration Testing and System Testing. Exposure to Compatibility testing and API testing. Ability to identify and create test data in a multi-system environment, with knowledge of SQL skills. Proficient in using testing tools such as JIRA and Zephyr Scale. Testing certification with a Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or Computer Science. Attention to detail, excellent communication and time management skills.
