Job Description At Colliers, we remain committed to strengthening our respected Property Research team. We are currently looking to appoint a Research Analyst on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, located in the Perth CBD. This key role will report into the National Director of Research and be responsible for supporting all aspects of research in the WA market. This role will focus on supporting the Colliers National Research team in managing key property and market data processes and analysing data to provide meaningful insights on WA to support internal and external clients. Integral to this key role is the ability to collaborate with multiple Colliers teams and key department heads and stakeholders across the business to ensure the collection of high-quality data on relevant WA property sectors. Some of the Key Responsibilities include: Carry out the collection and analysis of property market indicators across sectors for WA on a quarterly basis to produce market commentary for internal and external distribution. Manage the ongoing data aggregation of comparable sales and leasing evidence, property market trends and general property information for WA. Update presentation material with the latest data and insights on a regular basis or as needed by the business and assist in supporting PR initiatives. Update WA economic commentaries as new data is published and add into research materials for the business to utilise.
