RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversees the day-to-day activities of retail stores. Leads and directs staff, handling recruitment, scheduling, training, and performance management. Creates and enforces policies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency Tracks and evaluates sales performance and financial metrics. Oversees financial management, including budgeting and preparing financial reports. Builds and nurtures partnerships with suppliers, negotiating terms and pricing agreements. Executes marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to boost customer engagement and retention. Handles customer complaints and strives to maintain exceptional customer service standards. ATTRIBUTES: Minimum of 2 years trade qualification is required as a Retail Manager, Minimum 1 year experience in a relevant discipline is required, Committed to adhere to safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries at work.
