Client is looking for an experienced Oracle Utilities CCS Developer with strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle Utilities products (CCS, CC&B, C2M) and OUAF framework. The role involves solution design, configuration, development, and integration for Oracle Utilities implementations. Key Responsibilities • Configure and develop Oracle Utilities components: algorithms, batches, portals/zones, bill print templates and etc.,. • Work on functional modules across CCS/CC&B/C2M (billing, metering, payments, collections and etc.,). • Collaborate with architects and SMEs for requirements gathering, solution design, and UAT. • Support system implementations, upgrades, and production deployments. • Ensure compliance with configuration standards and documentation best practices. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues; perform root cause analysis and continuous improvement. Required Skills • 6–8 years of experience in Oracle Utilities (CCS/CC&B/C2M) implementations. • Strong knowledge of OUAF framework, configuration tools, and product architecture. • Hands-on experience with Oracle CCS modules, data model, and integrations and Oracle SQL. • Familiarity with OCI, OIC deployment nuances. • Good understanding of integration with ERP, MDM, GIS systems. • Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Preferred • Exposure to Australian or US utilities market. • Ability to work in global delivery environments and travel as needed
