About the Role We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Team Leader to support hospitality operations across El Questro and Lake Argyle during the peak dry season. This is a hands-on leadership role, working closely with venue managers and operational teams to deliver high-quality food and beverage service in unique, remote environments. The role includes both venue-based service and on-water service at Lake Argyle .
