As Controls and Design Assurance Manager , you’ll play a critical leadership role in safeguarding Anglicare’s digital assets, data and IT infrastructure. You’ll lead the Cyber Security Controls Assurance Program, ensuring security controls are designed, tested and maintained for operational effectiveness and compliance. Your opportunity You will lead a team of cyber security professionals and collaborate with IT, legal, compliance and senior leadership to align cyber security governance with organisational goals. From architectural security reviews to vulnerability management and data protection initiatives, you’ll ensure robust security frameworks that protect our mission. With integrity and resilience, you will: Develop and oversee Anglicare’s Cyber Security Controls Assurance Program Lead security architecture reviews and risk-based design assessments Ensure secure Identity Governance, Data Loss Protection and Privileged Access Management Standardise cloud and network security controls across hybrid environments Oversee vulnerability management and risk mitigation programs Implement secure DevOps frameworks and compliance in development pipelines Engage senior stakeholders and provide compliance reporting What you’ll bring You are a strategic leader with deep expertise in cyber security controls, governance and risk management. You bring strong analytical skills, excellent communication and the ability to translate complex security concepts into actionable strategies. You will also need: Tertiary qualification in IT, Cyber Security or Risk Management Proven experience in cyber security, controls assurance and risk governance Familiarity with frameworks such as SCF, NIST and ISO 27001 Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to advise senior leadership on cyber security risk and compliance Why Anglicare?
