Description Are you an experienced FP&A Manager looking for your next exciting opportunity? Findex are currently looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager - Corporate Services to join our Finance team! This is a permanent, full-time role, open to Melbourne or Sydney. The FP&A Manager - Corporate Services is a commercial finance role reporting to the Senior FP&A Manager – Corporate Services. You will be responsible for preparing and communicating financial reporting and analysis for Corporate teams. You will be required to identify trends, prepare budgets and forecasts, build reports, and communicate actionable insights to key stakeholders in our business. Your role, your contribution! Collaborating on the prompt delivery of accurate and complete forecasts for the Corporate Services division. Provide timely management reporting to multiple Corporate and C-Suite stakeholders, and support with the preparation of Board and Executive Committee reporting packs Consolidate divisional plans and prepare variance analyses, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. Support the development of the Corporate Services workforce plan including review and approval of new and replacement roles Providing commercial and financial support to business stakeholders, presenting information in a way to facilitate and influence decision making to drive optimal business performance The benefits of joining us! Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. Strong commercial acumen and business partnering skills.
