In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service and administrative support as the friendly, efficient, and effective first point of contact for all customers. You will manage the operation of the Service NSW Agency, provide timely feedback to ensure the customer experience is seamless, and uphold excellence in service delivery. Additionally, you will assist with Council’s rates and debtors functions. A criminal history and background check is required, and full Service NSW training will be provided. Ideally the successful applicant will have demonstrated experience in customer service and administrative support with appropriate qualifications.
