3x Formwork Chippies – Rockingham $45/hr penalties allowances | 10hr days | 4–5 months work (possible perm) We’re seeking 3 x experienced Formwork Chippies to join a civil construction crew on the Rockingham Project . This role offers immediate starts, great site culture, and consistent hours with the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate. About the Role You’ll be working across a variety of concrete and structural tasks including: Retaining walls Columns Stairs Suspended slabs What We’re Looking For Proven formwork / civil construction experience (mining experience okay) Ability to work independently and follow instructions White Card essential Own tools (battery drill & basic hand tools) Own PPE – long pants, long sleeves, boots Physically fit and reliable Must have experience with retaining walls, columns, stairs, and slabs Operator tickets highly regarded Perks & Pay $45/hr penalties allowances Weekly earning potential: ~$2,535.9 Meal allowance: $19 (after 1.5hrs OT) Travel allowance: $21.94 daily Tool allowance: $39.60 weekly Start Date: 5th January 2026 Location: Perth Metro – Rockingham Hours: 10-hour days, Monday to Friday
