In this role, you will work alongside industry leaders to solve complex challenges within government agencies, hospitals, health departments, not-for-profits and private health providers. We are looking for someone with health consulting experience and is ready to take their career to the next level. What you will do As a Senior Consultant, you be involved at every level of our advisory services – from strategy to implementation. Your core focus will be: Project Delivery: Lead key workstreams within health projects. This could range from operating model design and performance improvement to digital health strategy and change management. Problem Solving: Take ambiguous client problems—such as patient flow bottlenecks or funding model changes—and break them down into solvable components using data and logic. Stakeholder Management: Build genuine trust with clients. You will need to be comfortable speaking with everyone from clinicians and frontline staff to hospital executives. Business Growth: Contribute to the growth of the Perth office by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and helping draft proposals that win work.
