Job Description Sia Partners is growing its presence in Western Australia, and we are looking for an experienced Manager to help lead our Government and Health practice in Perth. We don't just write reports; we deliver tangible outcomes. In this role, you will lead engagement teams working alongside industry leaders to solve complex challenges within government departments, hospitals, health departments, not-for-profits, and private providers. We are looking for a future leader of our firm—someone with deep health consulting experience who is ready to own client relationships and drive team performance. What you will do As a Manager, you are the pivot point of our projects. You are responsible for the quality of delivery, the happiness of the client, and the development of your team. Your core focus will be: Engagement Leadership: Lead end-to-end delivery of complex health transformation projects. You will own the project plan, manage the budget/profitability, and ensure the final deliverables meet Sia Partners’ quality standards. Team Development: You won't just do the work; you will guide others to do it. You will manage, mentor, and develop Senior Consultants and Analysts, providing on-the-job coaching and performance feedback. Client Partnership: Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for senior clients. You will transition from "stakeholder management" to being a "trusted advisor," navigating political nuances and influencing decision-making at the executive level. Business Growth: Drive the commercial success of the Perth office. You will lead the development of proposals and tender responses, identify "add-on" opportunities within your current projects, and actively build your own professional network in the WA health sector.
