About the Role We are seeking two experienced Lead Occupational Therapists to provide clinical leadership and strategic oversight within our Allied Health Network, located in Officer, VIC. These roles are integral to ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe and effective Occupational Therapy services while supporting the growth and development of the OT team. As a Lead OT, you will combine advanced clinical practice with leadership responsibilities, working closely with senior leadership to support workforce planning, service development and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in fostering a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture.
