About the Role We are seeking two experienced Lead Speech Pathologists to provide clinical leadership and strategic oversight within our Allied Health Network, located in Officer, VIC. These roles are central to ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based Speech Pathology services while supporting the growth and development of the Speech Pathology team. As a Lead Speech Pathologist, you will combine advanced clinical practice with leadership responsibilities, working closely with senior leadership to support workforce planning, service development and continuous improvement initiatives. You will play a key role in maintaining strong clinical standards and fostering a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture.
