The Role: Good organizational skills Ordering materials - liaising with suppliers Liaise with trades Product specifications Take offs from plans / drawings Contracts administration / building permit management Customer services / updates Account approvals Assist the company directors with daily tasks when required Coordinate meetings and events Maintain organized documentation and filing systems Monthly newsletter About you: Ability to read and interpret construction plans. Proven experience in client services, account management and customer relations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport and trust with clients, trades and suppliers. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
