The Role: Producing Archicad sketches for Senior Design Consultants by following their write-up Liaising with internal departments and external parties to overcome design and construction issues Providing advice and guidance to our Senior Design Consultants on design issues or suggestions on how to improve design Designing our premium display home product About You: Certificate IV in Residential Drafting or Diploma of Building Design and Technology Sound Archicad skills Minimum 3 years Perth based experience in residential drafting with a project home builder High level of construction knowledge with a thorough understanding of R-Codes and NCC requirements Creative flair with a high level of attention to detail Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines when required Sound communication skills, good time management and problem solving ability A positive and friendly manner A strong team player with a solid work ethic Enjoy a highly competitive salary, contemporary work space, free on-site parking at the door and an early finish every Friday.
