About the Role: We’re currently seeking a Operations Technician to join our Hire Yard based in Edinburgh North. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for a range of tasks associated with the preparation and return of our hire fleet assets, key duties will include: Forklift operation to load / unload materials and buildings. Prepare, clean and pack buildings for hire and transit. Stocktakes of assets as required. Identify and conduct basic repairs and maintenance. Processing paperwork including the documentation of outgoing and incoming assets. This position will be offered as a permanent, full-time position; Monday to Friday, 7am-3.30pm roster with one RDO per month. About You: Current Forklift (High Risk) Licence. Current Driver’s License. Ability to use hand tools to carry out basic maintenance tasks. Customer service skills. Basic-intermediate computer skills. Knowledge of building, construction or modular industries highly regarded.
