About the role: We’re seeking a Capital Works Manager to lead the planning, procurement, and delivery of capital works across our network. Reporting to the General Manager – Property Management, you’ll take ownership of refurbishment, expansions, upgrades, remedial, environmental, and compliance initiatives, and support the smooth handover of new developments into operations.
