About the Opportunity This is not a traditional “back office” accounting role. At OnDeck, our Senior Accountant sits at the centre of the business. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and executives, play a key role in business wide projects and change initiatives, and directly influence how our finance function supports rapid growth. You’ll also play an important role in treasury activities, including daily liquidity reporting and proactive management of cash requirements, ensuring the business remains well positioned to support growth. The Role As Senior Accountant, you’ll be a trusted finance partner across the business. You’ll take ownership of month and year end processes, lead audit and regulatory engagements, and support effective treasury management through daily liquidity reporting and cash flow oversight. Beyond core accounting, you’ll be involved in projects, system and process changes, and work closely with stakeholders across Product, Operations, Risk, and Leadership to improve how finance supports the business.
