Our client is a well-established manufacturing business located west of Toowoomba, specialising in the production of agricultural machinery, tractor front-end loaders, and equipment attachments. With over 40 years of industry experience, they are renowned for high-quality products and reliable after-sales support. They are currently seeking a motivated and committed General Hand to join their team at the Aubigny site. Working within a manufacturing and warehouse environment, you will assist with general labouring tasks across multiple departments and play an important role in supporting daily operations. About the Role This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys variety, physical work, and being part of a busy production team. Key Responsibilities Assisting with general labouring duties across the warehouse and production areas Operating power tools and completing manual handling tasks safely Supporting different departments as required Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment Adhering strictly to all workplace procedures, rules, and safety regulations Skills, Experience & Qualifications Previous experience as a General Hand or in a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing environment Mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn Understanding of safe power tool use and manual handling practices Ability to follow instructions while also working independently using initiative Basic understanding of technical drawings or steel processing operations highly regarded Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks Strong attention to detail and proactive approach Reliable with excellent time management, organisational, and prioritisation skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Forklift licence desirable but not essential What's on Offer Stable, ongoing employment Supportive team environment Opportunity to develop skills within a reputable manufacturing business If you're reliable, hands-on, and keen to build your career in manufacturing, we'd love to hear from you.
