About the role You will support customers across Australia by installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting our counting solutions. The role combines customer support, field work and technical training, with regular travel (12 trips per year). Primary focus on Australia, with additional responsibility for liaising on support inquiries from the New Zealand distributor due to time zone alignment. Key responsibilities Establish and maintain relationships with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers Install, commission, maintain, and test our hardware in the field Provide customer support by phone, email, and remote access Train customers and subcontractor on hardware and software solutions Diagnose technical issues and ensure follow-up with internal teams Support customers during customer meetings, projects, and conferences Contribute to process improvement and best practices Help structure a national installation and maintenance partner network Profile University or technical degree (or equivalent experience) 5 years’ experience in operations, field work, or project coordination Comfortable integrating sales techniques and commercial awareness when performing client-facing work Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly Comfortable with hands-on, outdoor, and manual work Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Interest in outdoor recreation, active transportation, and natural areas Self-governing, highly motivated individual with a sense of ownership on work you complete Willingness to travel frequently within Australia What we offer The opportunity to join a growing international company with colleagues around the world Work on a market that supports a strong environmental and sustainability mission A high level of autonomy in how you organize your work and field activities Daily support and collaboration with other subsidiaries and our headquarters Base salary super car allowance
