We have a position available for an Electronics Technician with good RF technology experience, to be based in the ACT. This is a key position on the team to support a diverse number of technologies in Defence, Government and Commercial areas. Our client is seeking candidates with significant experience in modern digital communications systems, including one or more of the following: From ISR, Avionics, RADAR, SONAR, Combat Systems to Battlespace Land Communication systems. The Role: Act as an SME in your trade stream Act as a POC for internal and external stakeholders Assist in learning and development, as well as a mentor for internal and external Identification, development, evaluation and recommendation of Installation, maintenance and repair of RF equipment Identify project and product risks and escalate using defined processes Recommend or provide solutions through designated channels A level of technical expertise and the application of that knowledge Test and repair to the specified requirements Undertaker reliability assessments Provide subject matter expert advice Experience Required: CERT IV in Electronics, or Electrical Experience in training and development Experience in maintenance and repair of RF technology Demonstrated ability to identify, resolve and manage Security issues Good understanding of technical standards relating to RF tech Experience in defence digital in-service systems Must hold a current NV1 security clearance APPLY NOW - Ideally, this role would suit candidates who have recently exited the ADF.
