Key responsibilities will include : Design, build and maintain high-quality, accessible digital learning content using contemporary eLearning tools and Workday Learning. Coordinate and manage mandatory training and University-wide learning initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and compliance requirements. Provide expert advisory, project management and operational support for learning and development programs, including stakeholder engagement and communications. Support, mentor and uplift capability across the Workday Learning Community through guidance, resources, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives This is a full-time, fixed-term position until September 2026 at HEW Level 6. About You Relevant tertiary qualification with subsequent experience, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience in learning and development. Demonstrated experience designing and developing high-quality digital learning using contemporary eLearning tools, with sound knowledge of instructional design and accessibility standards. Proven experience working with Learning Management Systems, preferably Workday Learning, including course setup, testing, reporting and system optimisation. Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in a complex environment. Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders and the provision of clear, practical advice. A collaborative and service-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement and maintain confidentiality. The successful candidate may be required to complete a number of pre-employment checks, including right to work in Australia and a criminal check.
