What You'll Be Doing Lead, coach, and grow a team of 6, creating an environment where people thrive, develop, and feel genuinely supported. Be the go-to expert for inventory control and compliance, overseeing national programs across distribution centres, kit rooms, and consignment locations. Partner closely with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain , and external auditors to build trust and ensure governance frameworks are airtight. Champion continuous improvement , scalability, and accuracy across all inventory processes—your insights will shape strategy and drive results. What We're Looking For Required Skills: 4 years leading and developing teams—with a clear passion for people management and coaching . A track record of building positive, high-performance team cultures. Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field. Desired Skills: Confidence working with senior stakeholders and influencing across functions. Deep knowledge of inventory control or supply chain processes. Experience with JDE, Power BI, advanced Excel (SQL a bonus). A natural inclination for problem-solving, process improvement, and driving change.
