The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lawyer/Associate to be a key member of our growing Brisbane Banking & Finance team. You will form part of a high-performing team and will work closely with the partners and special counsel on some of our clients’ most strategic and complex matters. This will involve assisting on domestic and cross-border property, project and infrastructure, leveraged, acquisition and general corporate financing transactions, and distressed debt restructurings and recapitalisation. You will have the opportunity to lead aspects of transactions independently, while gaining client exposure and experience across a broad range of matters. Who We Are Looking For The ideal candidate will have between 2-6 years’ experience in banking and finance law gained in a reputable firm.
