Conducting comprehensive individual assessments and ongoing reviews of care plans Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in line with AN-ACC requirements and Aged Care legislation Promoting a holistic, person-centred approach to resident care Delivering high-quality clinical care based on best practice standards Supporting residents' clinical care needs in collaboration with the wider care team What Will You Need? Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Proven experience working as a Registered Nurse in Aged Care Strong working knowledge of AN-ACC Excellent communication skills with residents, families, medical professionals and colleagues A collaborative approach and the ability to thrive in a supportive team environment Full Australian working rights (please note, sponsorship is not available for this role) Why the Mid North Coast?
