About you An experienced case manager or RTW specialist with workers compensation knowledge in either scheme or self-insurance within QLD. You will be passionate about delivering superb customer experiences and enjoy working towards outcomes. You will excel in speaking to people and be a strong communicator across verbal and written, providing consistent updates. Have a genuine, caring nature that put people at the heart of what you do. An organised person who demonstrates strong time management skills and prioritisation.
