This role is focused on assisting with day-to-day customer communication across digital channels during peak periods, sales, and seasonal activity. Key Responsibilities Assist in responding to customer enquiries via email, WhatsApp, and Gorgias. Support order, delivery, and returns enquiries in line with brand service standards. Help maintain accurate customer communication records. Escalate complex or sensitive enquiries to the Customer Experience team as required. About You Strong written communication skills with a professional, customer-first approach. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Comfortable working across digital tools and learning new systems. Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.
