About the Role As a Customer Service Team Member , you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and candidates, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to quality and care. Your responsibilities include: Delivering outstanding customer service via phone and email. Scheduling and managing medical appointments accurately. Liaising with clinics and clients to ensure timely bookings and results. Maintaining data integrity and meeting productivity and quality KPIs. Supporting operational processes and collaborating across teams. What We’re Looking For Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Suite). Customer service or call centre experience preferred (retail or office). Certificate in Health Science or Allied Health (preferred but not essential).
