Leading ASX-listed Services company requires an experienced Business Analyst to join their team and play a key role in the implementation and ongoing optimisation of their UKG Pro system and processes on a 12 month fixed term engagement. In this role, you will work closely with a broad range of stakeholders to understand business needs, translate requirements into clear solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of UKG Pro initiatives that support our people and business objectives. On a day-to-day basis, you will: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document and analyse requirements related to the UKG Pro / Kronos. Act as a trusted bridge between technical teams and business units, ensuring solutions align with strategic goals. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to elicit, validate and prioritise requirements. Produce high-quality documentation, including business process models, functional specifications and use cases. Support the implementation, testing and deployment of UKG PRO / KRONOS solutions, ensuring a smooth and effective transition. Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide practical, value-driven recommendations. Stay current with industry trends and emerging UKG PRO / KRONOS technologies. To be successful in this role, you will bring: Proven experience working as a Business Analyst, ideally within an UKG PRO / KRONOS or HR systems environment. Strong knowledge of leading UKG PRO / KRONOS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle UKG PRO / KRONOS Cloud, or similar. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail. Outstanding communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Experience using business process modelling tools and methodologies. A solid understanding of HR processes, including payroll, recruitment, talent management and the employee lifecycle. Desirable Relevant certifications such as CBAP or UKG PRO / KRONOS product specific certifications. A hybrid work environment consisting of 3 days in the office, 2 days from home, is on offer.
