This role sits right at the heart of that growth. The Role We’re looking for a Service Sales Specialist to grow our service and maintenance contracts across Sydney and NSW. This is a commercial, relationship-driven role focused on: Finding generators in the field Winning the maintenance work Growing those accounts over time You will: Identify and target generator sites across NSW, including service stations, commercial buildings and critical facilities Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, managing maintenance schedules and ensuring customer satisfaction Assess generator performance and recommend repairs, upgrades or additional services Renew and renegotiate annual maintenance contracts, identifying additional sites within customer portfolios Proactively upsell repair and upgrade work based on technician reports and site findings Develop relationships with facility management companies (e.g. CBRE) and key decision makers Prepare and present tailored proposals to win new service and maintenance contracts Work closely with service technicians and managers to ensure smooth delivery and strong client outcomes What You’ll Bring This is not a generic sales role – we need someone who understands generators. Ideally, you have: A strong background in the generator industry – service sales, contract sales, project roles, or technical roles with commercial exposure Solid knowledge of diesel (and/or gas) generators – how they work, where they’re used, common failure points and service requirements Proven sales or business development experience in a technical or service environment, ideally selling service contracts or maintenance The ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with facilities managers, asset managers and decision makers A proactive, “boots on the ground” approach – comfortable mapping your territory and knocking on doors A current driver’s licence and ability to travel across NSW as needed What’s in it for You?
