We are seeking a qualified and experienced Massage Therapist to join our Body Haven Massage team at Castletown Shopping Centre Townsville. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality Massage therapeutic treatments to our patients. Key Responsibilities: Personalizing treatment methods based on client consultations. Offering therapeutic massage and delivering body treatments to promote relaxation and enhance overall well-being. Utilizing a range of massage techniques, including deep tissue Chinese (Tui-Na) Massage and Remedial Massage, to target muscles and tendons, aid in healing, improve sports performance, and prevent injuries. Assisting in the recovery process using herbal oils, ice, hot stones, and other techniques. Maintaining accurate client records and treatment notes. Ensuring a high level of hygiene and safety is maintained in the treatment room. Requirements: Diploma in Remedial Massage and registration with relevant Australian massage associations (essential for private health insurance). Minimum of 1 years of work experience as a massage therapist (Australian experience accepted). Flexibility to work during weekends and public holiday periods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and within a team.
