THE OPPORTUNITY As a Mobile Claims Specialist , you will provide high quality and specialised service to workers through personalised face-to-face assistance. This role will enable you to facilitate effective community-based relationship building and facilitating the recovery and return to work for injured workers. No prior experience is required — what matters most is having the right mindset, a positive attitude, and a genuine interest in continuous learning. You’ll receive comprehensive training and access to structured learning and capability frameworks that support your development across a range of career pathways. Your work will contribute to a larger purpose, helping us deliver meaningful outcomes for our customers and communities. This will be a permanent, full-time position based in our Adelaide office, with work-from-home flexibility (up to 2 days per week) after your training, subject to performance and approval. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement Recovery and Return-to-Work plans in collaboration with workers, employers, treatment providers, and other stakeholders. Conduct purposeful meetings (including in the workplace and medical settings) to negotiate solutions and support meaningful recovery goals. Build productive relationships with workers, employers, providers, and internal specialists to optimise engagement and outcomes. Deliver high-level, personalised customer service, including face-to-face assistance where required. Ensure adherence to legislative requirements, EML policies, and communication standards. Ensure the effective management of key legislative drivers in accordance with the Act. ABOUT YOU Professional written and verbal communication, with the ability to build rapport and engage effectively with customers and colleagues. A proactive approach to challenges, using initiative and critical thinking to find practical solutions. Ability to manage your workload effectively, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Motivation to learn, take on feedback, and continuously improve your skills and performance. Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to navigate Microsoft Office programs and quickly learn new systems and tools.
